GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
1) SITE CONTENT
1.1 The Site is a website presenting the paints, wall coverings and related decorative products manufactured and/or marketed by the Company (hereinafter the ‘Products’) as well as the points of sale of the Products, operated directly by the Company or by distributors of the Company and also offering a colour simulator (hereinafter the ‘Service’).
The use of the Service does not require the creation of an account, it can be used online or via the free download.
The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to Products sold at points of sale are available on the Site under the heading ‘General Terms and Conditions of Sale’.
1.2 Internet users may, via the Site, subscribe to a newsletter by ticking a dedicated box and unsubscribe at any time by sending an e-mail to the following address: mail@claessens.com. Only the personal data required to send the newsletter will be collected.
They may also contact the Company to request information or make a complaint by filling in a dedicated form available in the ‘Contact’ section.
The Company is responsible for processing Internet users' data. The information collected from their agreement to receive a newsletter or from the form is necessary to process their request. Information marked with an asterisk (*) is compulsory. It is recorded and sent to authorised Company personnel. They are kept for the duration of the processing of their request.
The Site and the Company comply with the Federal Data Protection Act.

The Company also declines all responsibility with regard to the conformity of the information available on the Site with the uses that Internet users wish to make of it. Consequently, Internet users acknowledge that they use this information under their sole responsibility.
3) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name of the Site and the names of the products presented on the Site are trademarks protected by the Company and/or the companies of the Cromology Group to which the Company belongs and/or the suppliers of these companies. No licence or right other than that of consulting the Site is granted to the Internet user. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and/or transformation, in whole or in part, of the Site or any transfer to another site is prohibited and constitutes an infringement, with the exception of strictly private use for non-commercial purposes, subject to the intellectual property rights attached and the indication of the source of these elements.
